International Shipping Deadline
Orders that must arrive before Christmas Eve must be ordered no later than 21th December at 12:00 CEST.
We ship with DHL every weekday at 12:00.
Exchange & Return
During Christmas, we offer extended returns and exchanges in
stores and online until Sunday 22nd of January for all orders purchased in November and December, if the product is in its original condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, please fill out the enclosed return form and proof of purchase. You can apply our freight label to return your package. Please be aware that we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
