Our Goals
Reporting, Supply Chain, and Circularity
We're planning to implement yearly sustainability reporting by Q2 2025 for the calendar year 2024. To have a baseline and report on our progress on CO2 emissions, we’re calculating emissions for 2023, and will compare with 2024 emissions. We'll then be able to assess how and where we can reduce our climate impact.
Our goal is to achieve full transparency on Tier 2 suppliers for our sustainability reporting in 2026.
We're currently developing a supplier assessment system, which will allow our suppliers to give us feedback on where we can improve and strengthen our collaboration.
Our ambition is to relaunch our resale platform, ReWear, by Q2 of 2025.
Materials
We’re aiming to use 70% more responsible cotton in our collections by 2025.
By 2026, our goal is to have 70% preferred fibers & materials in our products.
We’ll continuously and actively investigate the possibility of implementing innovative circular fibers within our clothing and aim to incorporate pieces made of circular fibers by 2026.
We currently request recycled materials in the packaging we order, and our goal is to reach, document, and sustain 100% recycled packaging by 2026.
People
Our team are our most important asset. As of June 2024, we’ve conducted surveys to assess employee happiness. We’ve been encouraged by the results, but acted on the areas where we can improve with workshops and additional training. We plan to continue surveying employees on a biannual basis to ensure Les Deux remainsa great place to work.
As a result of surveying and internal analysis, we’veidentified three core values of what motivates our employees, which is what informs the initial phase of our recruitment and retention strategy. We value personalities and potential as much as talent, so our goal is to expand on this with a complete, data-driven strategy by 2026.
By 2026, we intend to conduct yearly reporting on our internal culture.
